Alright, so my account had been hacked and used to send spam etc. So when I tried to log in it had been locked, and I had to unlock it. So I had to get a verification code sent to my phone and I used that. And then I had to change my password. But it just kept saying my old password I had put in was wrong. I tried a number of times but it kept saying it was wrong. So I reset my password and tried again. I got the code sent to me and tried again, but it again said my old password was wrong.
There is another form you can send to access an account that is logged out, but for some reason that is beyond words, this can only be done when logged into the account. Obviously this makes sense as I am using this method to get back into the fucking account.
So is there a number I can call or something? All the online stuff is shit as hell, and I would really like to be able to access my main account again.
