I've been in both positions, yours and his minus the woman looking like a troll and from my experience when couples get together it's quite common to see each other in the first few months so much that it's sickening or to be the friend that misses hanging out with your friend because he found a lady. For your side just have a sit down and tell him your side, leave nothing unsaid even if it might suck to have to say it just be sure to use some tact. I lost a good friend to a similar situation and she dumped him and went back to her ex-husband not long after he moved out to be with her. I felt pretty insulted that a guy I knew since 3rd grade valued a piece of ass more that nearly 20 years of friendship but hey sometimes things dont work out the way we want them to. If he's truely your friend he'll at the very least hear you out, just dont expect all the warnings to sink in. I would also like to suggest one last thing, make sure she hears it too even if they're both in the same room so there's none of this bullshit about not being informed. Some trolls get sneaky when they know their new toy might be considering alternatives.
