I have come into some Itunes gift cards and now i don't know what music to download. i like most every thing, with the exception of country. I'm also not the biggest fan of "underground" music. with that in mind please share your recommendations. thanks

Mac Miller is a nice guy(he went to my school) but I don't enjoy any of his music.

If you like epic music, look no further than E.S. Posthumus. If you don't mind a bit of metal with your epic music and orchestrals, give Nightwish a listen.

There's an awesome band called Enter the Haggis, which is basically rock with a bit of Scotland in it. I'm talking head-banging tunes with bagpipes--give them a listen. Also, the Vitamin String Quartet has a huge repertoire of stringed adaptations of songs you know an love. Try listening to their version of Through the Fire and the Flames, it will blow your mind.
