Condemned Criminal Origins hands down...that game never lost its scary touch! but I never get why everyone says that F.E.A.R. was so scary, it didn't even make me jump once, but I had played Condemned before that so I was probably unable to be afraid of it because of the superiority of Condemned 1 Condemned 2 suckd though

Any of the Silent Hill games or Fatal Frame games. Fatal Frame fucked up my sleep schedule more than once.

Call Of Cthulhu The Dark Corners Of The Earth, my man.
Its a littel old, but so is silent hill

Play the first 15 minutes or so of Bioshock, it sets a fantastic atmosphere of horror and spookyness, having you run around hearing and chasing shadows that aren't there

It's just a shame the game decides to hit the action button and skull fucks the idea of being a good horror game away...but the intro is good ^^ Up to the point you run into the creepy doctor about, subtracting the Big Daddy fights and such..of course

Try Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth(PC). It's a little old, but if you've read any of the mythos you'll enjoy this.

Nightmare Creatures.

That game was so lowbudget but so awesome, for some reason it lurked around my room for years after i got rid of my ps1. Finally threw it away recently actually. Good call.
