OT: I'd have to say....MW2. It's ok...but god damn, I hate the way people act like that game is the second coming of Jesus! Of course, I used to think Prototype was the best game I had played in years...then I borrowed Fallout 3 from my friend...and fell in love with it. I love that game so much! So, each to his own, but MW2 was not worth fifty bucks.

Bad Company 2: wouldn't run on my pc, gave it to my brother, who had unlocked everything in less than a week.
Far Cry 2: I love it but it needs mods soooo bad to fix all the bullshit choices the designers made (why are all the guns based on real ones but have none of their traits? and why can't I carry a pistol, sniper rifle AND an AK-47 at once but can carry an machine gun and a grenade launcher and Uzi? WTF)

After being absolutely blown away by the video where he shows you all the layers, I got to the space stage in ONE AFTERNOON. If you wanted to build a 4X game don't put all that evolution shit on the front of it next time. That game nearly put me in therapy, turned me off buying any games at release and now I continually have to remind myself to not get psyched up about a game EVER AGAIN (although NFS Hot Pursuit is looking good).
Fuck you Spore.
OT: Red Dead Redemption is awesome.

I liked it, but yeah, there are mixed feelings about it. I think it's like this: if you liked Metroid Prime you'll hate it, if you didn't like Metroid Prime there's a chance you might like it.Judgement101 said:
Biggest issue with the game is that it's compared to Metroid Prime which is considered one of the best games for GameCube, and even though I like Other M it's not one of the best games for the Wii.

Playing Dead Space on hard mode while going for the "use only the plasma cutter" achievement makes it a much better survival horror game. It doesn't actually make you die much more often, it just adds a layer of tension, since ammo is scarce, and you only get the main weapon.LordNue said:
