It's a stab at another thread in which the original poster believed he deserved some sort of medal because he used his real name as his screen name on the internet.

And I want my damn metal :-D. JK i love that I really annoyed you all for some reason. you all misread me I wanted a conversation on why people don't like to use there real name. :-D

I did have my real name here, but I took off the last name just because I doubt anyone was that intersted.

If someone has a problem with what I say I invite them to come with all their friends and beat me with sticks, if they want to I guess I can't stop them, I must have done something pretty awful so its all fair in love and forum sites.

I'm not trying to hide or create a persona by using a different username than my real name. While it's not a real explanation, I'm just used to using pseudonyms online, I even have several different ones.

Also, I never really post anything on a forum that I wouldn't say in real life so I definitely don't consider myself to be hiding behind my pseudonym, I just see it as something I do.

Redlin5 is very similar to my real name in a few ways. Minus the 5. I post with my false name but I'm so familiar with it I would look around if someone shouted it in the street.
