OT: I had Cod and chips for dinner this evening, and it was bloodly lovely. It all depends on how it's prepared and cooked in my opinion. Nothing like a Chippy's generous portions of salt and vinegar. Though 99% of the vinegar ALWAYS soaks into the wrapping paper :`(

Bah, the problem is all you fish eaters! I hate what cod is doing to the meat industry. Beef is far superior in terms of taste and texture and provides much better options for spice customization! When you walk into a steak-shop, do you see all those 12 year olds and their mothers complaining about 'salmon is gay!' or 'trout is for morons!'? No! You see geniune diners who eat their meat professionally.
