Fallout 3, a woman was fighting a molerat and I assisted.
She thanked me for my hep and but refused to give me her copy of the wasteland survival guide, to which i told her i'd co-written it! She thanked me greatly for my work and informed me her family was up to two whole meals a day!

I ended the conversation.

Then a shot her.

Moments later, I felt a large pang of guilt.

The one time I felt slightly bad about killing people in games. Except for that Khajit dude. He was an ass.
I got him to like me somehow. Maybe because I bought loads of his stuff.

There were very few decent Khajit characters in that game anyway. Most of them were either annoying or bandits

The lack of female Khajit always confused me. I think I've only ever seen one...

And maybe they're in some kind of Khajit-only bandit guild, that's the only way I can make sense of it.

Haha, that was the point. It's a quote from Arkam Asylum. :)
Glad you spotted it!
Oh, well in that case you are awesome at choosing titles.

And I'm pretty sure there was something like it in Fable 2.
EDIT: I meant I'm pretty sure there was something I didn't want to kill, not the title.
Thanks, my friend was playing Arkam Asylum earlier and together we did all the predator challenges with all the badges. Now I need to do the same on my xbox.

Yeah, the game itself wasn't even that hard (even on hard mode), it's just those damn predator challenges with the ost ridiculous prerequisites for getting 3 medals that left me hearing that over and over and over again.

And I think I actually meant Oblivion, but I don't know any more...

I stopped for a moment and held a brief moment of silence every time I carried out a Dark Brotherhood mission in Oblivion, mostly out of a twisted Assassin's Creed-esque love of watching them ragdoll; and in 'Screed itself, I'll often give a fleeting "rest in peace" to any unimportant guards I kill.

However, on the other end of the scale, I'll frequently get pounced by the dogs in Modern Warfare intentionally, just so I can do the neck snap. I also don't use firearms on the dogs in Fallout 3; I save them for the baseball bat or my bare fists, and I only use the knife on the dogs in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

The only female khajit i know of (im not even sure if she is a khajit) owns this bar in a small village and has an obsession with cheese. It was that mission where you had to cause chaos in the town

im pretty sure she was the traitor

anyhow mine was Cliff in dead rising
sure he killed people and strung them up
(im not sure if those were zombies in fact)
but i could help but feel sorry for the guy he watched his Grandaughter die and just snapped after it and i cant say i wouldnt snap in that situation and i hope i never can

another would have to be

sidonis in Mass effect 2
i knew i felt something was just...wrong when i killed him in my first game but in my paragon one i learned about his guilt and how he never forgave himself so i gave him another chance

I'm fairly certain you didn't finish the Dark Brotherhood quest line.

A high five to anyone who read that in the joker's voice thanks to Arkham Asylum.
High five accepted.

Oh, and I'm not even going to mention who I felt bad about "euthanizing."

It was the best part of Oblivion in my opinion, besides the Shivering Isles main quest. I loved it.

Me too, it's a wicked fun quest line. And the robe-hood combo you get in the end is just epic.

The man you kill in the end when you're talking to the night-mother was the one doing all the assassinations and causing all the turmoil. Lucien Lachance and everyone in the sanctuary was perfectly innocent.

I thought the guy you kill at the end, the traitor speaker, was the actual traitor, because he passed through that Sanctuary. I thought he arranged the Purification to kill some Brotherhood and remove suspicion about traitors until his plans advanced.
