My cousin thinks that just because he's watched the comic book movies of certain comics that he knows everything. So when he tries to show off his knowledge to his friends, I just stand back, close my eyes and turn my head slightly to the lower-right.

I usually go with this. If there's nothing to gain on either side, apart from me being able to feel smug and sit a bit higher on my horse, I just let it slide.

I don't really end up in situations like these anymore. I guess my current friends and I are all equally stupid.

I feel very angry when people get their facts wrong or don't even seem to know the existence of any games but the mainstream game of the month. I do like those games but I wish people would play the under-rated legends that deserve so much more.

Being a history stickler I remember hearing someone talking about the Viet-Minh as opposed to the Viet-Cong and getting the two mixed up so badly as to believe they were the exact same thing. I felt like butting in but my manners over-rode my misanthropism/desire to correct in the end.

usually when someone is ignorant i try my best to correct them on their ignorance but my tiny teenage brain isn't experienced with the outside world enough to correct someone without a smarter me correcting me so usually unless its outstandingly arrogant or ignorant i keep quiet

When I hear people talking as they walk by, sometimes I want to correct them because what they think is completely wrong. I never butt in, though. I let them figure out what the truth is.

What do you want to correct? A view on politics, religion, gaming? Or just general stupidity?

Facts or absolutes, misconceptions (2012 is NOT the end of the world!), and standpoints on things which many people would consider wrong or distasteful.

I just smiled cause I remembered I'm gearing up to survive that perticular date.

well obviously there will be a tax to cover it but its better than needing medical help and you cant get it as ur poor or its very expensive.
