Pills? Never needed them, and on the few occasions I'd needed painkillers they've had no side effects (although they often don't seem to kill the pain).

One time when I was immunised though, I had the pleasure of fainting. Apparently my body didn't like having a needle in each arm jabbing me with whatever the hell I was being immunised with.

Depression from a certain brand of antibiotics. It was so strange, suddenly becoming all downcast and tired for no real reason.

I took some pills to help me sleep, and they made me really tired.

I'm so fucking boring.
