Haha!!! I can do that quote the exact way it sounds in my head. When I heard it I was like "oh lord.. this game is going to be interesting."
Surprisingly the game shocked me not for the bad voice work but for the excellent gameplay.

He's using a mix of quotes. I assume the "zzz" represents something akin to radio chatter. The first two are from guards. The third is from the adoring fan. The deer penis thing is from an Argonian in Leyawinn. Major Elder Scrolls geek here, even though Oblivion is one of my least favorites.
