I want a realistic Ninja and/or Samurai Game!

I want a realistic Ninja and/or Samurai Game!

I want to be a stealth agent in Feudal Japan, lurking around, using poisons, Tantos and Ninjato to kill people!

I want to disarming Samurai guards, taking info from them, and make stunts and acrobatics to infiltrate a huge Japanese castle, and to escape when the alarm bell goes on!

I want to go on war with my No-Dachi, or Katana, and engage in an enormous fight scene, with much enemies around me!

I wanna be a cavalry Samurai, beheading enemies!

I wanna be a Samurai arch man, flying arrows in my enemies' necks!

I wanna be a Yari Samurai, fighting with my spear!

I wanna fight humans, not demons!

I want a game developer to study the moves of Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, and include them in a game! Or at least throw the Prince of Persia fighting system in it!

I don't understand, why not any game developer has thought of this yet? This would be freaking cool! I don't like Onimusha! I don't want to fight a demonic Oda Nobunaga! I want to fight in an army, and not solo! And with no weird special moves, or magic sparkles!

ME TO! i must have found someone who shares my views!!!!! have you seen tatsumaki, its an mmo thats being set in 16th century japan, no magic, no special moves. its combat runs like a fighting game!

About the only actually realistic portrayal of feudal Japan. And even that's heavily abstracted.

I don't want strategy. I played Shogun and it's freaking awesome! But i want a 3rd person view, with real time fighting.

No no, i meant by epic, that.. you know, story and stuff.. Not epic in the game style.

But i checked the video, and... you know it lacks refinement. And it's limited really.

The base for this type of game, could very well be MOUNT & BLADE. Just need to mod it to take place in feudal japan, including the ability to go solo-ninja missions (assassination/spying etc ...)

There already has been a realistic "Ninja" game- the Hitman series is THE CLOSEST to what "ninja's" were like in real life. If you actually go back and research what ninja's were and how they acted out assassinations, they pretty much were primative versions of Agent 47. Also, Assassin's Creed was a more elementary form of what a "ninja" was like, of course many ninja were tought to be incognito and not to arouse suspicion... Altair was dressed in stark white with a ****-load of blades and weapons fully visible to guards and others. The concept of incognito was clearly not a present idea in his character creation, only the Rule of Cool.
