Well when i get caught looking at girls I just get a smile. But then again the girls that have enough skin out to make me stare kinda wants me to look.

Well some women feel offended when a guy "not up to her standards" stares away like that. Also you could have made it a little less obvious. That was probably some girl i know, youre lucky you didnt get punched. You have much to learn young one.
Yeah...my girlfriend is just like that...and believe me if she sees you...RUN LIKE HELL

Well this is a touchy subject. Since all women are diffent and have diffrent standers. The BIG question is ,What is the defenition of on display?. Since to me it can go two ways.

1) If a girl/woman where a shirt that shows massive cleavige and or a bit of breast outligne, this is somting I whould call on display.
2) If the girl/woman wheres a tight shirt that shows the shape and size of her breast and maybe the outlight of her bra(or lack of) than maybe thats on display to.

So my point is where they realy on display?

Yet if she didn't want somebody to look at her.. features... she probably would not have worn such revealing (As the OP suggests) attire.

And besides, I think she needs to worry a bit more about climbing down from her pedestal
instead of showing off the goods. I mean, it's nice if she wanted to look pretty, but it's not right to get pissed when somebody who finds her attractive wants to take a peek.
Regardless of whether they are "Good enough for her" or not.

You know what pisses me off more than ANYTHING on this topic?. Shirts with writing across the breast on women. I cant read it because il be called a pervert but it seems like the person in question wasted their time buying a humerous shirt if i do not.

Fig one: Read a girls shirt in town one i knew in passing and was called a pervert for staring there when theres some writing in MASSIVE multicoloured font.

Fig two: Different girl gets annoyed at me for not noticing the funny writing writen across her chest.

WHY DAMMIT WHY! I cant win with these people.
Yeah, it doesn't make much sense. Even worse it the paints with writing on the back, I try not to look, for the same reason, but jeeze, it is a one-two punch, text I have not read, and what that text is on.

OT- no, I don't think you are a pervert, she shouldn't have wore those clothes if she didn't want guys to look.

Meh she's an attention seeker. If I wear an obviously ahem, "carefully fitting" ensemble and get a few stares here and there I'm gonna be feeling pretty smug about it, not looking to scare the wits out of any poor sod who dares take a peek. I mean whats the point!?

Once again I apologize on behalf of my gender for it's complexities. I don't get it either some days.

And I mean I have done this before, if a girl is so insecure about her beauty as to not be able to appreciate a little attention, well meant or not, she needs to be given a few tips on self esteem and poise...

Yeah, I guess she shouldn't have had them so blatantly obvious in public, because that's all she can expect.

But hey, that's women =P

It's like saying "Well if she didn't want it, she wouldn't be dressing like that! She was practically begging for it!" But really if you don't want people looking, you shouldn't be showing them off like that. Honestly it's pretty stupid that people do that. People just like being assholes I guess.

I find it rather hypocritical to wear clothing like that and then be offended when people look. It's the same kind of thing with curtains. As Dara O'Briain said, "Put up some curtains, otherwise I'm lookin' into your feckin' house."
best...quote...ever...

Thanks. If you want to hear it in context, which is hilarious by the way, start at about 9:45 on the video.

When it comes to women, you can NEVER win. The man is ALWAYS wrong.
For advice with women, I turn to Chris Rock. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgJOqca_Mpw&feature=related] (about 40 seconds in)

You're the pervert? When I put on my face and a skimpy dress people look at me too...and apparently in this scenario I'm the pervert...double standards.

She was dressing provocatively. She's a hypocrite for calling you a pervert for watching. What did she expect? Sounds like a stuck up ***** to me.
