No you're not a pervert.
Same sort of thing happened to me. A girl was bent over my desk when she was talking to me, said "Oh, bit of clevage there" and then told me off when I looked. I mean, she pointed it out for Christ's sake.
I will admit I had the same thing happen to me at work last month. But it wasn't even the boobage of the girl who said. She was just pointing out another girls to me. Glad shes looking out for me. o.o

I dunno. I have never really had this problem. One of my close friends would walk up to girls he knew and squeeze their breasts. Also a lot of the girls I know have big breasts and dislike them. They have back pain.

However there is a double standard. If you know a girl well, you can say things along the lines of nice tits, and they will talk back to you. I have found older girls often know if they are well endowed and have come to accept it. Girls you do not know, will either look at you like you are some evil perverted rapist, or be flattered.

My advice, if you see a girl and want to stare at her, talk to her. Her breasts will be in front of you as long as the conversation lasts. USE YOUR Peripherals. Plus you can find out if you is just an attention seeker, a normal person, or is interested in you.

Before all of you agree with her saying that I was only looking at her breasts, let me tell you that the woman had semi-short black hair that was dyed (a rather nice shade) of brown (I could see the black hair emerging from her scalp), light brown eyes, black eyeliner and blue eye shadow, and lip gloss on. So yes, I did look at her face (for a considerable amount of time, i might add).
That's a hell of a lot more than I'd have remembered, partially because I have very little attention to this sort of detail (I'm convinced attention to detail is a biological thing), and partially because OMG BOOBS!!!

So how am I the one thats perverted enough to get that sort of treatment? I know she saw me looking at her face because we locked eyes at one point. I wasn't looking at something she was obviously trying to hide. I wasn't touching them nor did i make any gestures that implied that I was going to. I was simply looking at something that SHE put on display.
It's one of those weird behaviours exhibited by the more irrational members of the female gender. My theory is as follows:
They like to show off their bodies, but they can't justify it to themselves because showing too much boobage obviously makes you a slut, as any deity-fearing person ought to know. So they show off, but mask their own unforgivable moral decadence by giving the blame to YOU, who dared to look at the HOLY CRAP BOOBS. Since most males have this weird tendency to feel incredibly ashamed if they're caught looking at the BOOBS WHOA and almost always scuttle away looking down, never replying or defending themselves, the irrational women in question get to keep doing this with no adverse consequences.

Note that my point of view is entirely different. I lack any sense of decency whatsoever, so as far as I'm concerned everyone should be completely free to walk around in the nude if they so wished. And as far as looking at BOOOOOOBS, I tend to do it relatively explicitly, in that I don't try to pass it as looking at something else, and if I'm caught I simply smile. And if someone ever tells me "PERVERT!", I'll simply say "well, you've put your boobs/legs/ass on display, what do you expect me to do? You should be glad I'm looking at them, it means they're nice".

I always go by two rules. First of all, its usually more fun to watch the slack jawed guys around you being anything but slick while staring at them (sometimes the are being even creepier, following her around, ect).

Second, my personal policy is to treat them like a solar eclipse. Beautiful to look at, sure, but never, ever look directly at them.

While I always wear sunglasses It nonetheless is polite to at least pretend not to notice such apparel, one of the tennets of chivalry is respect, and If someone chooses to wear such clothing that does not necessarily mean they wish to be oggled at. It may leave you feeling embarassed about having to constantly adjust your posture to avoid appearing to stare but these are the sacrifices men must make for proprietry.

I feel your pain.

Could have something to do with some women being "bitches".
This "bitchiness can strike in men too, a noted symptom of it is hating people who actually stop and appreciate them.

Honestly, bad luck mate, she caught you looking.

That being said, you're still a guy (presumably) and still are interested in the things that hold 99% of us together, that being specific parts of the female anatomy. It does always bug me when girls wear skimpy clothing and act surprised when a guy looks. It's like having puppies out in the pet shop window and then getting yelled at for looking at those instead of the parakeets. (maybe?)

chivalry is dead, or if it isnt, it is struggling to survive, and girls like her are the exact reason WHY!

theres an old saying that goes "you have to give respect to get it," and id be one to go out on a limb to say that if you dont want respect, you cant give it. by the transitive property, that person therefore cant get it, since they dont want it nor can give it.

i try my best and hardest all other times to be a chivalrous as possible, but you can not say with a straight face that this girl didnt have it coming, can you?

If she was wearing designed for showing off her boobs, she got exactly what she deserved. If it like some woman wears a shirt with writing saying."I am a slut! look at me!" Then she wonders why men looks at her. Before you call me a pig or sexiest,i am all for women's rights. If a women wants to do something ultra manly(such as fighter, strength athlete, bodybuilder, etc, etc]i will back her 100 percent.
