Seriously, at the end of his first few videos on Youtube, Daniel Floyd even credited Yahtzee. So nothing wrong with taking just a bit of inspiration. This is too much, though, obviously.

First of all thats not theft. Thats copy right infringement. Secondly, he's applying an echoe and colour inversion.

My point is that he's not trying to make a profit, or actually convince anyone he owns it, he's trying to piss people off.

I said copy right infringement, and some are still yellow, they even have the escapist watermark.
It takes money directly away form the escapist if people thought it was his.

Someone with no skill whatsoever in the field of videomaking has stolen Yahtzees work given it a crappy recolour and posted it as his own, seeing as Yahtzee has a contract of sorts his work belongs to the site so, staff of the Escapist, is this worth action? If yes, how much?

(I dont mean to seem patronizing, sorry if i've come across as such)

I went to his page to see all the people calling him out and see if he responded to them, but about 30 seconds into his page being fully loaded, it froze up my Firefox browser solid, had to restart and remove the page from the saved crash restart.

It might have been a coincidence, but I might as well blame it on the nutter.

When I saw it I was expecting a voice over, but all he did was change the graphics for the worse. It gave me a headache. Hopefully he gets a swift kick in the ass.
