Ideas for an alternate history project.

Hey everyone, I'm having to do a project for my world history class where I must come up with an alternate reality for any point in history. I plan on using Garry's Mod to make the video but my only problem is figuring out what point in history I should pick and how I should change it.

So my question is, what historical event would be a good choice for this project, and if you have any suggestions, how should I alter it?

I'd say if Caesar was never able to wrestle power from the Roman senate and it stayed a republic. Give that a shot. Pobably better than (no offense) British(in America)/South/Germans/commies won.

How about what would have happened if the Dinosaurs weren't wiped out, that could be fun. You could go the realistic way of humans never existing or the fun way where we use them for travelling and have Tyrannosaurus Rex fights in the same way we do for cockrels/dogs.

Hitler won.

OP: Maybe you could look into what it would be like if we had superheroes. You'd look into how they affected the Cold War and if/how nuclear war was averted. Go into detail about what these superheroes were like.

What if Constantine hadn't legalized Christianity in the Roman empire. It basically created the Roman Catholic church as we know it and compleately changed culture throughout Europe. Maybe not much would have changed, but maybe the entire world would have been different.
