Ideas for New Weapons

Reach Gun:

A gun that shoots a metal cord out. There would be different attachments so that you could zipline, grapple, lay mines and grenades, or just attack or move enemies with the cord itself.

Yeah...They already have those...They're used for stripping paint off of car body panels. A better version would be one that fires C02 at high velocity...It would just slaughter whoever it was used against...

Yhat's my point, a specially created anti-infantry version.

thing is aren't they elictricly operated? I can just see a soldier saying "I'm out pass me an energizer!"

They use an electric charge to fire yes, but firing 64,000 tiny razor-sharp rounds into an enemy at point blank range over a period of a second or so has to give some satisfaction.
The only downside to them is the reloading, these things don't have clips you replace the entire barrel assembly every time you empty one, and that's generally 4 salvoes.
In effect you won't run out of charge before you run out of rounds to fire.

This reminds me of a flechette from Honor Harrington; a flechette is basically a future shotgun that fires little blades. The main weapon in Honor Harrington, however, is a pulser; a handgun-sized weapon (the rifle sized one is called a pulse rifle) that fires darts faster than the speed of sound. The best part is, you can make the darts explode.

No. A flachette is a essentially a needle round. Small sharp arrows, essentially, launched out of basically any standard firearm (including pisols). They're not very good at distance because they lose kinetic energy quickly, but they go through just about everything in their way, which is why the US military opted NOT to use them, in order to avoid possible fallout from the Geneva convention.

I was referring to a weapon in the Honor Harrington Novels, which sounds basically like a more advanced version of that.

Ok serious one, a really high pressure water gun. Sounds lame but its quite possible to get water to the pressure when it can cut throught concrete

That would melt ennemies not like the bio gun in unreal tournament

-An NailShotgun

An shotgun that shoot nail (the big one like in the Show in Naruto) using compressed air (like in paintball gun)

-Trowable Flamming Knife

The knife set himself in flamme using electricity setting in flame oil on the knife witch make it painfull to catch and/or cause burn damage and slashing damage

-Flamming Sun

That one is Special, I had this idea a long time ago and i would like to share it

The Flaming Sun is an Gold like Circular image of the sun (with an Maya like face) filled with Oil witch come also with tube too shot the flame out of the tubes and (witch is necessary (to have mental power)) to take the tube and plug them to the extra hole on the side of the Flaming Sun. When that's done the flaming Sun open is mouth and shot an beam of fire

My Idea is called the Damning Tormentor, it works like this:

It is a small ball, the size of a Baseball or Tennis ball, made out of Onyx.
You throw it like you would a grenade. All within the radius (about 3 meters) will have their souls painfully ripped from their bodies and sucked into the sphere. Once there, they are put through tortures designed to drive them insane with one purpose; when the ball is thrown in it's secondary form (by pressing a button shaped like the Ghostbusters' insignia)they are released, at which time they do everything in their power to kill everyone within a zone, which is a 2-meter radius orb that increases it's radius by 2 meters for every soul that is in the weapon. After all living beings within the area are dead, the souls are released and sent on their merry way into the afterlife. Then, you can pick up the orb and use again.

That's bad, man.
I'll take what he's having.But It should fire Salt as an alt-fire mode.
You know, rip of your opponents skin with the sand and then pour salt all over him.That's painful.
