I have an idea.. a gun that shoots out shadows. When you use it, you can make a shadow cloud that acts like a smoke grenade, or you can use it to shoot a shadow strand at someone, and using a pre-entered command, it will make the target do what you want. The ultimate stealth weapon.
Or maybe a chemical frost thrower pistol. It uses an acid of some kind, mixed in with a catalyst to cause a chemical reaction. Then it spews out that fluid like a flame thrower, but instead of lighting people on fire, it freezes them like liquid nitrogen and slowly eats at their flesh and bone.

Hmmm... A 9mm pistol, but underneath the barrel there would be a small box that would shoot a deadly laser. It would have a sniper scope on it so the laser could pretty much target anything and the pistol could be used for close-range.
And I don't mean a Fallout-3-esque laser. I mean an actual laser. Invisible, a ray(geometric terms), and extremely, insanely hot.

a device that alows you to form of controled energy that can become corprial or incorprial as necessary and is controlled by thought, usefullness dependes on the creativeness of the user but you could potentialy blow someone apart(shotgun style) puncture them several times, snipe them, cut them in half, make an explosion, make a shield or take control of someone with a bit of care
