...Some glorious combat simulation practice from the Brotherhood of Steel.

(Not to mention Town Construction and/or "Fighter pilot" simulations with the Boomers)

How about a mini DLC where you can rebuild a motor bike (and maybe the side compartment for companions), powered by fusion batteries (probably). that would essentially be the DLC, but for free and it's mini and combats my least favourite aspect of the game on playthrough number 3 (the endless wandering).

As a more full DLC, similar to Broken Steel, continuing the wastelands economical development and security based on choices you've made, strengthening trade caravans, and helping set up trade routes around the wasteland leading to special weapons and armor and discounts. Also taking out remnants od the majour players you didn't side with.

I'm out, however, I remember a few places that I wouldn't minde being expanded on, just not off the top of my head (crashed top side bomber aside).

I'd like to see an wasteland upgrade pack. Instant travel to your safehouse (With more than just the Lucky 38 as an option), more weapons, more weapon mods, and maybe even more companions.
The lucky 38 isn't the only safehouse, here is a list for ya: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_player_housing
It's the only one that can house all of your companions and be upgraded. It was obviously put in the game for that purpose (not saying you can't use the others for that purpose as well).

I'd quite like to see something involving the 'Burned Man' seeing as hes mentioned quite a bit in the game, apparently he was gonna be in Van Buren before it got cancelled
Yes, the good old Mr. Graham. I would so like that.

A reference to the move Casino.

"There's a lotta holes in the desert. And a lotta the towns problems are buried in those holes."

Okay. That was dumb.
