That being said ... 1: I live in a studio apartment ... which is like ... 22 m sq. Being generous.

As for the swat team, they don't work in the UK, but if it was the SAS I'd just assume it was a welcoming party for joining the regiment. I wouldn't put it past em to pull that kind of shit.

If its the SAS, You wouldnt notice them burst in, As you'd already be dead.
