Oh, well what happens if I explode, or something along those lines? Plus wouldn't reanimating a robot technically bring it back to the almost life it had before? Or will they just use it for spare parts?

Umm... no... because 1. she's a cyborg, from what I understand, so we'd be zombifying the organic bits, and 2. The zombie would have limited intelligence. And besides, magic does tend to over-fix problems anyway.
