I would probably read books alot more, I only seem to read them when I am not near a computer (plus internet) and video games.

Hm..well..without Games..Well. that tosses out future career plans..
I'd probably just go into the military..yeah..that'd be like an FPS without Respawn points ;)

I would invent video games so I'd have something to do.

But seriously, it's too scary to think about what my life would be like if video games didn't exist. They made me into what I am today.

Time and space would fold in on its self, as jack thompson's existance becomes null and void.
We could then harvest the energy from the "thompson ananomoly" to power...
oh wait no uber games console exists to suck up this power.

The interwebs tubes would be free of all fan boy crap and thus allow unprecidented speeds to download stuff.

I would be emulating Dexter.
Not that I don't plan to already, but Sins of a Solar Empire has kept me busy - and up several hours longer than I planned on.

I would probably play D&D *shivers*
I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I really want to play that. Unfortunately I don't know anyone that plays and if I did I would have to lie to everyone else I know about where I was going when I went to play.
I always wanted to try, just because I think I'd enjoy DMing, as I love to tell stories.
If it makes you feel better, Vin Diesel plays D&D.
Marilyn Manson's persona is based on his D&D character.

Board gaming it would be then. Or ballroom dancing.
German board games are pretty sweet.

But I'd probably be focusing more on guitar and art. I probably wouldn't have messed up in school first semester. I'd probably help out around the house more. And I'd definitely go outside more...

I'd read a lot more, draw a lot more, but most of the time I'd be pretty bored. I don't know, maybe I'd got out and get shit faced a lot more. I'd lightly become a sad chav rather than a geek I imagine, the kind that hides behind the big guys to make himself look tough. Basically, games save me from being a ****, even if they don't help my social life much.

My attention span would doubtless be longer, I'd have no legitimate reason to have an Internet connection so I wouldn't waste time online, and I'd probably be alone a shocking percentage of the time because the hobby I'd be most likely to pick up if it weren't for gaming (and the one I'll probably look into if PC gaming continues to go downhill under Windows 7) would probably be miniatures modeling (building cities, model railroads, and what-have-you out of HO-scale or N-scale model miniatures. Think the model of Pittsburgh from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.)

Gaming killed my productivity in a lot of ways.
