The dream-eating Pokemon would be one of the worst.

You fall asleep and wake up because you heard a noise. You open your eyes and a Pokemon is standing over you and you know, deep down, that it walked right into your room to eat your dreams.

What you're all forgetting is that if pokemon were real, we'd be living in a world accustomed to their and, unless we're making the assumption that they behave like real creatures instead of how they're portrayed on the show, there really isn't any reason we'd be afraid.

Even in the games there's still this fear of unknown Pokemon.

The Professors in the later games usually wind up getting attacked by wild Pokemon.
And there was that little girl in one of the games that was kidnapped by a Hypno.
And in another game a Drowzee kidnapped a baby Pokemon before sending you into the dreamworld of that Pokemon.

Absol is feared because people think that it causes disasters.

Let's not forget the episode where Tentacruel demolished a town.

And crazy Sabrina and her psychopathic Alakazam, the way they mercilessly threw Pikachu around and then tortured Ash and the others.

Even the people in the series are terrified of Pokemon. xDD

Oh yeah I second that, Blastoist was my favorite pokemon of all time. It's sheer size and power would be enough to at least keep their opponents on high alert. Also, I'm not familiar with the newer Pokemon, I haven't been really interested in it since I was 11.
