id have Chikorita but its name would be grassy because i had that pokemon and overused it to make it unbeatable in one of my games and ever since its been my favourite pokemon

also, I do believe that, if extra terrestrials exist, then there probably is a world with a pokemon like situation. however, I dont think we have the idea of pokemon down exactly, so the "pokemon" would be different from how we imagined them.
