Since I'm in high school right now, I can tell you

I'd be the guy who keeps cracking jokes in class, but everyone laughs

If the Escapist had a swim team, I'd probably be captain of that too...

Who on this site would be the football stars? XD
I was in my school's football team, so I guess I would likely be a member of the Escapist err... Wild Cats. As long as I don't have to wear one of those jock jackets.

But more importantly who would be our rival school who we would have to beat in the big game?

Might just drop out, like I did, I mean, if my life was exactly the same as it was when I WAS in highschool.

If I had a life that didn't consist of living in an emotional warzone at home, and be in a haze of medication induced emotionally dead, insomnia ridden hell, maybe I'd have some fun, and be that crazy dude who'll do pretty much anything for kicks, on top of scoring way too high in sciences and maths for any reasonable explanation, (had to be pushed ahead in school due to homework noncompletence screwing me for 60% of my grade, but since I got a minimum of 80% on my exams, and in science and math was rating a 96-100% without ever doing homework.

To put it in realistic context, I think I turned in one assignment a year, maybe.

The class crazy, probably. Might say something wise or smart sometimes, if you can cut through the gibberish to find it.

I'd be the big angry looking kid in the back corner that rarely speaks to anyone cept the person next to them. But when time for debate or story time comes up I'd do nothing but crack jokes, drip sarcasm and get A's on my assignments.

Just like normal high school :D

God I wish you were my mom, friend, or significant other (not to be creepy :D)... More people these days need a serious injection of the backbone you seem to have an abundance of. Your kids (if you have any) would probably turn out pretty damn good barring extraordinary circumstances.

i'm the quiet one. the few who notice me would be unable to read me, but might develop baseless speculations. kind hearted people would find it impossible to approach me due to their primal fear of the unknown, and scum would only see me as an easy target. both sides would lose interest in me quickly though as i ignore the curious and offer no reaction to the malicious. i would become as invisible to them as i was to everyone else by default.

I'd be what I am now. The kid who can't start a conversation, but once one gets going, can't stop. I'd flirt heavily with the girls, whether out not they'd want it. I'd be the procastinating genius, who loves video games and geek culture. I'd be one of the more athletic kids in school, more than likely making JV baseball my freshman year. I'd be the incredibly hyperactive kid, never sitting still for more than a minute. I'd never get a girlfriend, as I get real nervous about doing something like that. All in all, I'd be a huge asshole.

...The hell?

Are you me? Because that's my high-school persona in a nutshell, I always had this frown and glare when I walked down the hallways to classes. Turns out that's just my default thinking-face. I'm a nice guy, it's just my face! D:

It got pretty handy when I was in a legitimately bad mood, since most people (especially younger students) would clear a small path when eye-contact was made. :D

I would make a point of bullying all you nerdy little shitpipers. I would also dress and act exactly like The Fonz.

I'd just do what I always do - be a teacher. You know, the kind that's equal parts fun and asshole and ever so slightly disgusted at all of you.

The frown and glare is just how my face naturally formed! It is my default expression for evrything including happiness!

But I agree, very useful when genuinely in a bad mood. I loved scaring seniors as a freshman and terrifying freshman as a senior just by looking in their direction... Good times...

(maybe we are the same person)

What I am in real life - the bully.

...NAAAHHH!

A pretty normal guy that most people know for making humorous drawings (not anime, FTR) during class and inexplicably talking his way out of detention on a regular basis.

Despite my smooth-talking, I would not run for school office.

I would run cross-country. The end.

(Anyone else willing to join the team? C'mon. You know how much fun running is.)
I'd join! I've been injured the last two seasons, but last year I did 4:41 for the mile as a sophomore. Out of curiosity what are your times?

In my high school I would say I have a massive amount of friends, but I avoid the jocks like the plague. But on the escapist I am a bit of a nobody, so I'd just lurk in a corner i guess.

I would be as I was in high school, a misunderstood nerd.
Just a less hostile environment, unless we talk something controversial.

This is the escapist so a significant degree of nerdiness is pretty much assumed. Considering what I do on the escapist I would be the very quiet kid who occasionally says somthing but usually just either takes notes or reads a book.

It's official - we have a team!

My PR for the 5K (the only thing we run in meets) this past season was 18:24.
And that's a great mile time you have there. Together, we shall bring home the gold.

The aloof guy that sits up the far back corner of the class, dresses in black and mainly keeps to himself. I'd have a very small group of like-minded individuals occupying the chairs around me and we'd be constantly interrupting the class with mindless banter between us or talking about bands no one has ever heard of until the girl sitting in front turned around and said "excuse me, we're trying to learn".
Given my size I'm the one kids hide behind when they want to disappear. Little do they know that I myself want to disappear.

There, I basically summed up my six years in High School. Too active for the nerds and too weird and deep for the popular kids/jocks.

I'd hang around popular people like Daystar and Fappy to pretend that I was as notable a poster as them. Oh wait-

I'd be on the volleyball team, not the best player, but still there. I'd have a lot of sporty friends, some popular, but I'll just be well know rather than "popular"

So basically a mash up of uni and secondary school then.

I wish I could be back in highschool knowing what I know now. Socially I was rather timid and clueless.
I'd probably still be a teacher's pet and write editorial cartoons for the school newspaper. I'd be a lot more confident than I was the last time around and Try my hand more in tech classes. And I would probably be the one who fixed the election for Daystar =D.
tell me about it. im currently in high school and i have no fucking idea what im doing!

i figure i would be the lonely drifter, who when he has free time just kind of wanders, because nobody ever seems to find me interesting enough to seek me out. (as it is in real life, but that mindset is more from an extreme inferiority complex rather than the people leaving me be whether i want them to or not)

also, if there was a d&d club, i would be ALL OVER that.
same with any other tabletop gaming clubs, or videogame clubs. Love me some wargames, and war-videogames.

The only downside to the videogame thing is that for the new stuff, or stuff i haven't tried yet, i probably can't be Quazimofo anymore, at least not reliably, because the name was mentioned in Gameinformer by the some borderlands dev whose name i cannot remember during an interview. (apparently it was thrown around as an idea for a name for one of the characters. i wonder if it was truly spontaneous name generation, or was influenced by the long existing quazimofos of the internet)
