If video game skill translated into real life, what job would be best and worst for you?

Clearly, a one man army who can drive any vehicle, fly to put Maverick to shame, sneak, snipe and kill any number of soldiers with a shotgun/crowbar combination. I would be humanity's savior while also being walking death to the wicked, slaying them for their perfidy, purifying with fire, and making skin-masks as a warning to those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And they will know my moniker is Winter Rat, when I lay my vengeance upon them!!! <pant, pant>

I would be the worlds WORST car theif. I am comically bad at GTA. Also not much of a detective. World's most cautious general while incongruously also the world's most psychotically brave soldier.

Judging by my gaming experiences the last year, I'd be a great UFC fighter or a member of the BSAA.

I wouldn't, however be a good COG soldier or member of the Red Faction. I die way too much to be any help.
Well, if I was ever caught in the post-apocolyptic D.C. area of Fallout 3, I would at least survive.

And if I was ever charged with stopping Saren, I would know just how to go about it.

I'd be one mean shape-shifting, bio-mass absorbing, hoody and leather jacket wearing badass.

Not such a good parent.

I would be a great Japanese schoolgirl or member of S.T.A.R.S.

I would be an awful espionage agent, judging by how many times I died in MGS4.

I'd be an all around badass with a massive body count, who plays tons of sports, can drive a car like no ones business, and is loved by all.

I'd be horrible at anything turned based as I'd just push puny people out of the way and take more than one turn.

It does translate, in some degree. For example, it is generally tought in among others the RnoAF that the best fighter pilots today have a background in gaming.

Games generally enhance eye-hand coordinaion and reflexes (as long as ou wrk out along with it)
I meant if you could literally do something as good as you can in games, not the effects it has in real life.

I would say "mercenary," but that doesn't quite portray it accurately enough. I would probably be a professional... ummm... asshole i guess. I've been playing a lot of fallout and oblivion recently to keep myself occupied from spending money on other games. After probably the hundredth time I played both sides until I screwed everyone over for my own personal gain I realized "wow, I'm a dick"

Prime example: On Oblivion yesterday I did a quest called "Fingers of the Mountain." Basically the premise is "There's a special book, there's a high rank member in your guild who wants it, and someone they don't like who wants it, you're sent to retrieve it"

What i did was got the book, then I brought it to the person my guildmate didn't like. She said "I'll translate today this then give you your reward tomorrow when I'm done." Expecting money I got impatient and proceeded to steal everything she had while she was busy translating it and sold it to the thieves guild. I then waited for her to finish and got my reward, which was a powerful lighting spell that i proceeded to kill her with. I then looted her corpse for things to sell and the book which i took back to my guild mate to get my recommendation. Then, seeing that the book was worth a good sum of gold, stole it back from him and sold it to a shop owner who i pick pocketed afterward.

I would be good at shooting things... but would be terrible at anything involving 2D platforming.

Well, with all the time I spent with Sonic games (new and old)... well. Let's just say I'd probably run a hell of a lot faster than the lot of you. :D I'd also be a goddamn rockstar. Guitar + Vocals, both Expert.

Other than that, I'd probably be a decent undercover sniper, judging from my overall experience on grass-based CoD4 maps (ghillie suit!) and MGS4. And an okay Spartan. Have a habit of getting creative with my weapon use, though it doesn't always work. Like that plasma grenade that sent a fully loaded Warthog over the cliff (but still didn't get me used car salesman because it landed before taking the plunge :<), followed up by a Power Drain that... missed.

I would be an okay fighter (depends on what game you're looking at there; I get frequently owned in Capcom vs. SNK 2, but I'm decent at Street Fighter 4 and good at Guilty Gear XX), fairly decent pilot, and at the very least ABLE to survive the zombie horde if it ever occurs.

I would absolutely suck at leading an army or using artillery. (RTS games, Worms)

If there's one thing I really want from videogames transferred over to real life though, it'd be my apparently awesome money-making skills. 6 millionaire in Fable II, making 15k every five minutes I play. Absurdly rich in other games, to the point where I run out of things to buy.

I would be an awe-inspiring racing driver (Grand Prix Legends), but a terrible athlete (I suck at most sports games).

I would be an incredible medic (TF2), but a terrible spy (also TF2).

I would also be a great emo-***** (JRPGs), but a terrible general (any strategy game. I love them, but I know I'm terrible.)

Probably a barbarian berseker because I try and melee every chance I can, with no regard for my own safety.

Worse is probably a race car driver. No idea why I suck so much at driving in video gaming!

Mercenary, since that's Ramza's official job description... Better than 'heretic'. That'd be my best, at least.

I'd be a terrible go-kart racer, though.

Definitly a Cog. I love the Lancer!

I wouldn't make a good fighter as I suck at all games that involv fighting.(Except Tekken. But that's the only game where my block and then beat the snot out of you trick works.)

My brother would make a good general as he can beat any Rts out there on the hardest diffculty but would make a horrible Nico Belic.
