Okay, I dont really believe in 2012. I believe that people will get so scared that we will end ourselves.
So, if December 21st, 2012 is your last day...How will you live it?
I would live it with those I love and those I dont. I would end any hate I had, and replace it with love.

Well, my thoughts on the subject are that the Mayans weren't that advanced a civilization and what they thought would be the end of the world might not be to us given how advanced we are now. A Mayan couldn't have even imagined some of the weapons and technologies we have now. Some also argue that the "end of the world" is simply the "end of the world as we know it" and there will simply be radical change.
I'll probably double check what passes as my general emergency supplies, and that's about it. Either I die or I don't.
I am not worried about any kind of massive freak out largely because I was working as Casino Security when y2k hit and there was preparation for "Millenium Madness" and in the end nothing happened even as far as aberrant paniced human behavior. No doomsday cultists (or warrning factions of them like in the old TV show "Millenium"), no crazy people, no exagerrated panics over crazy stuff. If anything things were a bit slower than expected because so many people stayed home.
