My #1 would be this guy I know who used to be a jerk to me in elementary school but was really spoiled by his parents. Then, lo and behold, the bugger grows older (not more maturely mind you) and robs a guy at knifepoint in my hometown a year or so ago. He's headed down a slippery slope, and will do no good for this planet in the future, I fear. I would have no problem banning this person from the earth.
