You realize a warforged is essentially a golem right, and they gennerally get controlled. It was in Ebberon Series. Also Pick orc because orcs always win...at everything.

Orcs live to be the ripe old age of about 25. Not a lot of a life to live. Warforged may get controlled but theres nothing about them that inherently makes them easier to control than any other being, in fact they were specifically created to have their own will as opposed to being a standard construct.

They can be treated as a standard construct, Im pretty sure they were in 3.5ed and they were still programable, that said Orcs always win. And get +4 to strength (Im playing one right now ) That said yeah they dont live long enough but hey they make great bardbarians.
