I would go back to the french revolution and stop the tennis court oath from happening. for the people who don't know what that is. The tennis court oath was when the 3rd estate (the poor people of France that were getting completely fucked over) realized how many people they had, and with commitment they would be able to change things. This it believed to be one of the main things that got the revolution rolling, so without this event there would be no revolution and thus no democracy. I think the order of the world would be completely different to what it is no. I assume that the all the major country would be ruled by monarchs.

I would make it so, that Ngo Dinh Diem isn't widely seen as a Catholic fanatic, but rather as a respected politician (though this would mean his Brother's wife Madam Nhu would have to either not exist or not be anti-everyone kind of person). OT: Two options for me:

I would change Napoleon's hight. Would he still be the same way?

Napoleon was average height he just hired tall men to be his body guards which is why he looks short next to them.

I think it had to do with being measured in "French Feet". But what I ment is that I would make him taller, well above what was normal at the time.
