I thought Fallout 3's and Oblivion's stories were actually very good. But to each his own.Ultratwinkie said:bethesda with good stories and excellent writers? *long laughter* nice joke there. i give you the award for best joke on the escapist. *gives a golden trophy of a clown to Gariom* XDGariom said:Bethesda. They DO NOT care about their customers, all they want is money. Also, they are possible the worst game designers of the last 10 years. Their games are full of glitches, half of which are game-breaking and they can't even be arsed to fix them. The only reason I managed to beat Fallout 3 is because NXE allows to install games to your 360, this caused the game to freeze a little less.
I will give them one gold star though, they are amazing writers. Their games have some of the best stories I've seen. All they need to do is spend more time designing their games and less time worrying about getting them out as fast as possible. When they work, they're really fun. Imagine how great they could be if they got rid of the horrible glitches and inconsistencies.
I'll second this, as well as call a holy airstrike down upon Interplay. At least, the new Interplay.Gariom said:Bethesda. *snip*
I would have loved to see Black Isle Studios finish the Fallout game they were working on. Just one more reason to hate Bethesda.Nitpicker of the Wastes said:I'll second this, as well as call a holy airstrike down upon Interplay. At least, the new Interplay.Gariom said:Bethesda. *snip*
Fallout can go to Obsidian Entertainment and/or InXile Entertainment.
Both started as roots of the old Interplay (Obsidian was founded by Black Isle Studio guys, after Interplay shut them down due to monetary constraints).
