I set my charisma so ridiculously high that I could tell people anything and have them go along with it. I'd also give myself some powers like telekinesis.

Simple hack? player.setAV Chameleon 100, then sneak into bank vaults. Having once worked at a bank I know the procedures and would simply follow behind the tellers, pickpocket their keys, then help myself---maybe firing a gun at the wall to scare the shit out of everyone so I'd have the additional cover of chaos.

I'd give myself the ability to read the complete state of the world, so basically everyone would be walking around with a little spreadsheet of vital information (disposition toward me, current wealth, desires, intelligence/strength/whatever else I could think of)---a cheat sheet to how to manipulate, influence, and/or steal from them.

Honestly, that one really freaky dream I had, I'd make it real. This involves us being subjugated into a race of god-like beings (in a way like doctor manhattan just with control of a certain "energy" emitted by life that we don't know the existence of or something like that), it was a really confusing dream...
