Besides, even unarmed tauren would be a scary thing in power armor. Modern snipers certainly wouldn't do too well. Headshots would just feel like someone conked them over the helmet with a penny, maybe taking out an optic sensor if they're lucky. Tanks would work, but we could always drop on top of them. I'd wager a couple thousand pounds of electrically-augmented metal and cow from a few hundred feet would do some damage, and that's not getting into what their enhanced strength could do to the hulls when they got there. Not even considering what would happen if we made a tauren close combat unit with power weaponry. You'd pretty much be sending out your tanks to fight tanks. Big, mobile, angry bovine tanks with better mobility and close combat capabilities.
And we haven't even gotten to shamans, yet. A city full of artillery and snipers wouldn't be too effective when a firestorm, hurricane, and earthquake all hit it at the same time. And now, with priests and paladins... Yeah. Divine shields abound, and they're not being used to hearth.
