ha...ha?
i'm think this is a joke but i'm terribly thick and if you really mean this, i don't know what to tell you.
for one i'm thinking this was a contributing factor to how nazi germany and every other dictatorship was started. dictatorship ends in bad results, not everyone likes certain things and blah blah blah you know the rest.
for laws I'd say someone should devise a very clever IQ test at the age of sixteen and no one, not even the most geniuses of genius could pass without cheating. the only way to pass is to steal the answers from a highly guarded security complex, and stealing the answers cannot be accomplished without committing serial murder, arson, use of biologic warfare and committing crimes against humanity (of course someone needs to devise another plan as to somehow making everyone working in this security complex not...die..
maybe replace them with holograms or something.)
this way anyone who passes we can mark off as serial killers and/or people who are insane?...

Ban, or at least heavily restrict candy and pop. Seriously, I've been thinking, and I cannot find any half-decent reason not to, other than most/all the people working with candy losing their jobs.
