While I am tempted to go for the obvious choice of Kratos vs. Dante (where Kratos beats the shit out of Dante), I thought of something better.

James Bond vs. Jason Bourne. It would be showdown of Hollywood's greatest secret agents. I reckon Bond would win.

Fi from Skyward Sword and Cthulhu from The Call of Cthulhu(I think its obvious who wins). Why? Because I want that annoying Robot Kaepora Gaebora abomination to go insane, be paralyzed with fear, then die a horrible death by being devoured...

For a non-sadistic version of my answer, I would want to see Kirby vs. Alex Mercer. They're both horrific abominations that devour their enemies for power. I want to see who wins this eating contest. It will amuse me. I've got my money on Kirby ;)

Interesting, but I had a similar thing in a different thread (using Anime Fight Club rules, of course) where Dante was likely to win for a number of reasons, one that Kratos' temper would ALWAYS get the better of him and make mistakes. Still, that's neither here nor there. Let's have a fight!

OT: Okay, now here's what I'm talking about... Asura from Asura's Wrath VS Age from Heroic Age.

On the one side, we have a man who literally seemed to bend heaven and Earth for his daughter's safe return, a man who has died and gotten better, mashed gigantic foes, and become super-ginormous himself all in the name of crushing his opponents with the power of wrath.

And on the other...we have the most formidable Nodos of his kind (that is still alive). Full Disclosure: Age is merged with Belcross, a giant being whose fighting power is great enough to destroy umm...just about anything in his path. As the best of the five remaining Nodos of a battle royale that nearly destroyed the entire Heroic Race, his latent power is existence, the power to endure all manner of hell for the sake of others.

Both opponents are incredibly powerful, able to crush worlds with their attacks. They've handled armies and other giant threats, and abuse after abuse... Who of these two specimens will survive?

The spy from Team Fortress 2 vs. Link from Legend of Zelda.

Spy would probably win by his disguises and cloaks.

Guts (From Berserk) vs. Cthulhu

Guts' intense...umm...willpower and expertise with fighting giant monsters makes him perfect for the job.

Skyrim's Dragonborn (the one from the trailers) vs Commander Shepard

oddly enough, I somehow think it would end in a draw.

Atamos from FFIX vs Galactus from Marvel...

A black hole in a shell vs. something that can absorb a planet!

My hands are on Galactus... but I would prefer Atamos! :p

Boromir of Gondor and Ned Stark of Winterfell

I'm tempted to say draw, but I'd go with Boromir

Flandre Scarlet vs Edward Cullen

Flandre wouldn't just win, she'd eat the one limb that survived being vaporised.

I'd take T-2000.
I bet on Robocop, because he just doesn't give up. Did you SEE him fight Robocop 2? Or the robotic ninjas in Robocop 3?

Robocop finds a way, even if he has to tear out your brain while riding on your back.

Personally, I want to see a Teletubby fighting Barney the Dinosaur in a cage match.

It'd be a dull fight, neither of them are the most mobile anymore.

Captain Jack Harkness vs Liberty Prime.
Neither would win, since Jack can't die but he really can't beat a giant robot.

A Space Marine vs. A Starship Trooper Mobile Infantryman. Now there's a fight!
