Just cause 2 and red faction: guerrilla

Well... to be honest, just Just cause 2 with some MASSIVE destruction physics like in red faction.

That, or viva-pinata crossed with plants versus zombies. Fun AND challenging.

Fallout 3 + Mass Effect.
Ninja'd me.

Mass Effect's shooting mechanics, character animation and voice acting, merged with Fallout 3's world and free roaming design, would be amazing.

Either that or Dungeon Keeper 2 + Minecraft.

Nothing on earth would beat this, Oblivion with Bayonetta/Devil May Cry

As in, awesome open world rpg goodness with the crazy combat of Bayonetta/DMC, of coarse there would be some problems for mages and rouges, but you know stuff em.

Portal+Super Metroid a huge amount of exploration for various upgrades and massive bosses+clever puzzles and a portal gun (any game with a portal gun in it WILL BE AWESOME)

Gears of War and Mass Effect 2

Not really to combine the games, just to remove the Gears' influence from ME2 via the Swiss Water Proccess [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decaffeination#Swiss_Water_Process], such that ME2 becomes 99.9% less craptacular.

Okami + Bayonetta (or Devil May Cry) + = Best Game ever. Pretty much just Okami as it is, with a much more intense fighting system, while still integrating the paintbrush mechanics.

Spyro The Dragon and Call of duty.

I recon it'd be sick if instead of shooting all the bad guys, you be a kick ass dragon and flame them all. LOL

Oblivion + Fable: Lost Chapters

Basically Oblivion was fantastic with its open world, guilds, quests, scenery, secrets etc etc etc (Of course it had major flaws too). What I would like to see added to it, is more RPG elements Fable can offer. Such as buying/selling/renting and upgrading houses, editing your appearance, good variety of voice acting and more interactions with towns people such as friendships/enemies and marriage. Oh and a living economy (of course there are mods for that though). Other features would include fishing in Oblivion and all the little fun things Fable had to offer.

Second is similar.

Oblivion + Mount and Blade: Warband

Number 1 reason is the combat. Oblivion's was horrid. Sometimes I get that urge to install and play Oblivion by just thinking about it... but once I do, combating monsters and foes just sucked! I want M&B Warband style, 4 way swings and 4 way blocks. Block at the direction he is swinging with your mouse to successfully block. That would truly benefit Oblivion.

Meanwhile Mount & Blade could benefit from the scenery, graphics(Great for its time), quests, voice acting, interaction with guilds etc. Both could really borrow ideas from each other.

Anyway my most favorite would then be three games :/
Oblivion + Warband + Fable.
Now it will take forever explaining what features would benefit who. But All three using the most popular features of each would be epic!

omg yes! YES!

Well anyway, just download the free copy of Dungeon Keeper 2 and use the possession spell on one of your imps. Then you may dig all you like in dodgy first person graphics like minecraft ;)

But of course mix both game features combined and it would be epic!

Red Dead Redemption + Fallout.

A Fallout with as much focus on the actual action as there is on the RPG elements? I would litterally kill for that kind of game.

Medal of Honour: Allied Assault + Crysis.

WW2 setting (preferably revisiting MoH:AA's story) with next-gen graphics. That's brilliant.

Monster Hunter (PS2) and DA:O

Basically Monster Hunter but with abilities, Party members and AN ACTUAL STORY AS TO WHY YOU WISH TO SLICE EVERYTHING INTO PIECES. (A.K.A. A storyline)

The setting of fighting these giant creatures with your party of hunters and actually having an interactive experience with NPCs would be awesome.

And you should be able to have a pet wyvern. Oh yeah.
