Mass Effect 3
Skyrim
Battlefield 3

and Dead Space 2, Crysis 2, Dragon Age 2, Duke Nukem, and any random pre-owned game I might get (currently thinking about Lost Planet 2) will all be sorely missed.

Oh, and if Diablo 3 comes out this year, I will have to demand a fourth spot.

Very hard to narrow it down to three, but:

Portal 2 - It's going to be incredibly well made and everyone will be talking about it.
Skyrim - It's going to be epic and will probably have more hours of gameplay than the other two combined.
Mass Effect 3 - The story will be amazing, and I need to know how it wraps up the trilogy.

Mass Effect 3.
Portal 2.
Guild Wars 2.

This is assuming I don't have access to the 3DS, of course...

The Old Republic
Guild Wars II

And that leaves Dragon Age II, Witcher 2, Mass Effect 3, Portal 2, Brink....this is depressing :(

To make it easier, I'm not counting remakes/re-releases. Or games that I've already bought.

1. Mass Effect 3
2. Bulletstorm
3. Dragon Age 2

[sub]I didn't include Catherine since Atlus USA hasn't announced a localization yet. But they will, right? ...right?[/sub]

I'd have to put aside the fact that I'll no doubt buy about another 30 or so games from Steam sales during the year, and instead go for:

Portal 2, BulletStorm, then either Deus Ex or Skyrim, depending on which most impressed me before release, as I can't decide yet.

Then of course Diablo III might take 3rd place too.

Star Wars: the Old republic (not sure of the release date)
The elder scrolls: Skyrim
Modern Warfare 3
Not necessarily the best of games, but the ones that will be played the most and have the best replay value

1. Skyrim: I would get this if it was the only game I could ever get.
2: LA Noire: Looks pretty good, GTA from the other side of the wire.
3: Erm. I'm not sure I need any other games this year...

Sorry to be picky, but I thought MW3 came out in 2012, with Sledgehammer's CoD this year.

Well, I still haven't played Fable 3 but want to, so I might get an import from Hong Kong at some stage this year... If Skyrim comes out for consoles I might end up checking that out too...

Yeah, I don't have the money to think of a third title, haha.

Mass Effect 3
Portal 2
Skyrim

These are actually the only three games I'll be getting this year anyway (except for the really cheap steam deals of course).

I was torn because I wanted to put Diablo 3 in there, but... I think I'm safe.
