Roll her up in the blanket, to keep her modest.
Pick her up (hopefully she's not heavy).
Take her home.
Wait for her to wake up.
Explain the situation, start asking questions.
Hope desperately she will fall in love with me.
The end.

First check for signs of injury, then move her to a safe area and attempt to contact medical and police personnel.

Do you honestly expect you will get a serious answer of anything other than help her? This doesn't seem like the kind of place for that...
There is a blacksheep in every comunity.. amongst all you goody goody gamers, there is bound to be "someone" that would do what you were all thinking deep down, you know, that thought that is creeping around behind your forced veiws of doing what society would consider the right thing... if you ignore what the world would WANT you to do, and let that little thing creeping around in the back of your head come out to play... the world would deffinatly be a... more interesting place.

But hey! no one could seriously think like that right? surely thats just impossible.

Take advantage of her obviously.......is the answer you were HOPING to hear.

Of course no one's gonna admit to doing that, I don't anyone here would actually do that either. Good to know this website has good people.

OT: I would probably yell for help.

I dunno, in a lot of ways, my actions would probably be informed by a number of immediate questions activated by my "WTF Sense" that the OP didn't really describe in the parameters of the scenario...

I'm not sure what I what course of action I would conclude on, but I'd start by observing her and 360 sweep of the surrounding area and doing some analysis before proceeding:

- "Where are we?" (are we in a warzone where insurgents may have tied a buried grenade/IED to her leg, covered by the blanket? are in the wilderness where animals may come for her? are we in an urban area and is it a dangerous part of town? What's the temperature, is she at risk of heatstroke or frostbite? How far away from people and or settlements are we? Could anyone be around, hiding and watching? Is it a trap? Are there any intersections marked nearby? Do I have my trusty compass?)

- "Phones?" (Why did I forget my cell / Why is there no reception / Where's a goddamn pay phone? Going off this alone, though it wasn't specified in the OP, we're probably on a beach / a nature trail or national park / an "inbetween" rural space / the outskirts of a developed, but isolated town, etc)

- "Hot naked girl w/ blanket?" (Rape victim? Does she show signs of external trauma or injury? Any blood? How is she lying and does it look like she put the blanket on herself or someone else put it on her? Where are her clothes? How did she get here? Footprints / Vehicle tracks? Is the breathing? Narcoleptic? Naptime, naked and alone in the boons? Insane / Mentally unstable? Collapse after some sort of hysterical fit at the end of some disassociative fugue? Continue speculation...)

- "What am I doing here?" (How did I get here? Did I walk, ride a bike or drive? If I walked or was cycling, it's unlikely I could safely move her, even if so inclined. Do I have anything I can use to defend myself or her if someone else comes or if she wakes up and attacks me or a dangerous animal shows up?)

So I dunno what I'd do, aside from proceed with caution, on whatever path.

The uncanniness of the situation would wig me out, I think.

Take her somewhere safe. The hospital or something. Anything other than leave her there.

Then I'd go home and read a book on correct spelling and grammar.

Straight to the hospital. Like any normal person.
How is it normal to carry a person who does not appear to be wounded in any way to the hospital? I'm surprised that so many people in this thread are willing to touch a random stranger. Especially since we are apparently in the middle of the woods or some shit like that.
She's outside, nude, unconscious, and isn't waking up.

Sounds like a person in need of medical attention.

Unless you'd rather take her back to your place, wait til she croaks, then explain THAT to the cops.
What, you've never seen a homeless person before? Sadly, people sleeping outside isn't an abnormal occurrence. if the women was clearly in need of medical aid it would be different, but from the description given in the OP there is nothing to indicate that she isn't anything more than a homeless person.

As I stated above [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.280043-if-you-found-an-nude-girl-on-the-gorund-morality-question?page=2#10939293], I'm pretty sure rapists don't rape their victims and then take them to the hospital.
It's unlikely but not inconceivable.

I think either this forum is populated by a bunch of hunky guys or people are seriously underestimating the effort required to move 100 lbs. (which would be a petite woman even) of dead weight over a presumably long distance.
Carry her piggy-back style!

OT: Dags is right, I'm not very strong, and carrying '100lbs' (pounds? really? How much is that in kilograms anyway?) would probably be rather straining. But hey, vulnerable person left in the street naked screams .... well, vulnerable. Which means that she needs my help, which I can't exactly give her out in the middle of a street with no access to transport or communication. But if I can carry her someplace with a phone (nearby house, my home, pay phone, whatever) then I can call an ambulance (I wouldn't leave her alone in the hospital obviously. It'd be awkward when she woke up (if she woke up), but I'm sure she'd appreciate having the person who brought her to the hospital there, as opposed to waking up without a proper explanation.

Cover her in jacket, carry to Police Station/Hospital.

Seriously, is there really another answer?
I agree.

How could I consider anything else seriously? Shouldn't this reaction be basic?

It's a little under 48 kilos. And as other have mentioned, as a rule of practice you don't move someone who isn't responsive and may have spinal or other damage. So all the people proudly proclaiming how they'd carry her to the hospital have failed the simulator. Your patient died of respiratory arrest because her spine got pinched when you moved her. Wtg, hero.

Hope desperately? seriously? wow.... you convince her that you saved her life, and in my oppinion if you save someones life and they should give you ownership of said life... you should not sit there like one of those annoying anime protagonists wishing she "might someday like you" play a few mind games, put a bit of guilt onto her, make yourself seem nice, make her convinced she owes you her life, and she will be too affraid to NOT love you, for fear of losing the person that she thinks saved her life, people subconciously get attatched/show respect to people that seem to be higher up than themselves

probably take her to the nearest hospital/police station whatever is closest and get her some clothes etc. Wouldn't just leave anyone outside like that.
