If you had a Death Note how would you use it?

Well, if it was the real deal and I was visited by a Death God that no one else can see, that would prove to me that there IS an afterlife, so I would not use it. Ever. Because if you do, you can't go to heaven or hell, you simply cease to exist when you die. I wouldn't want to miss an actual chance at heaven.

I'd use it. Probably kill off a bunch of criminals. Then see if i can use it to make politicians do things like tell the truth and have them die naturally in 40 years or so.
