If your Xbox 360 RRODs on you more than once, you get twice your refund and a replacement compliments of Microsoft.
You only qualify if you actually had your 360 repaired at least once and the problem was no fault of your own. I will define "no fault of your own". It means as long as you don't drop it, hit it, or try to break it intentionally. It is not your fault. The 360 is not a fabrege egg. It shouldn't break because I laid it one way or the other. I should not have to clear a space for my 360 or limit my gaming time on it just to make sure it doesn't break on me. It is essentially a toy and toys are meant to be played with.
