Offhand? Honestly, I don't know. There are many things I'm afraid of, but I don't typically rank them. It could be a Zombie, Vashta Nerada, Pinhead, Sadako, Pyramid Head, Agent Smith, some guy with a gun, It...it might even take the form of me doing something embarassing.

No idea, I have no clue what would be my absolute worst fear. My fears wouldn't necessarily be a thing or creature either, they are based around me caring about my family and health worries and things like that.

As a result, I suppose an Illithid, or some other form of psychic dominator would be top contender, with second place falling to a few more gruesome but less personally horrifying things like the head-crabs from Half life.

Darkness. Total black stretching onto infinity for a very long time. The dark I can stand, but the thought of living in a black void of nothingness for eternity would make me insane. Worst thing I can think of... other than a creeper, man those things scare me!
