C++.

OWNED, BITCHAZ!

If it had to be a game, then an MMO in the Elder Scroll universe.
If it had to be a REAL game, then Morrowind with mods.

This game we call life. It's not very exciting.

You're right, it's not.

Either Starcraft 1 or 2. I haven't played 2 yet but I assume it's fucking amazing but I'll never forget the greatness of the first. And I could play forever with custom maps and bots.
You are correct in your assumption, sir.

I pick SCII as well. Not only is it infinitely replayable, but just think of the potential of Use Map Settings! Hell, don't even think of it: just look at Starcraft 1. I've been playing that since I was about Six and only gave it up because II blows it out of the water.

If the game has to already be reliesed:
World Of Warcraft. Because it's a good old time sink
If they game doesn't have to be reliesed yet:
Star Wars: The Old Republic. It's like WoW, but with aliens lightsabers and the force.

I could easily do Lineage 2 or SSB Melee.

Lineage 2 with a big community is always exciting because anything could happen anytime and the worst will happen when your not concentrating.

SSB Melee because I personally reckon it has one of the best game play mechanics out there, it makes the game really interesting even though I know the game inside and out.

Starcraft II. Easily moddable. Like Warcraft III before, and Starcraft before even that, I could probably play Starcraft II all day without realizing I had to pump nutrients into my inconveniently organic body.

World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2, Oblivion, Fallout 3 (well.. on PC, my experience with the PS3 version places it as somewhat glitchy to nearly unplayable depending on if any DLC packs are installed), Maybe Dragon age...

Hmm. Maybe NetHack. It's complex and has a lot of replayability.

I may rage hard though.
This. A million times this. Only problem with nethack, and it has been proven by a few of my friends on NAO... A skilled enough player can ascend 100% of the time with a certain class (dwarven valk). I know people that have been testing this out and have ascended over 150 times just with these. I also am friendly with the guy that currently holds the NAO speed record (turns wise, not time). These guys just make me feel bad about my one ascension :(
Yeah. People become outright masters at NetHack.

Be glad you've actually managed to ascend. D: I haven't played in a while actually.
Indeed they do. Honesty time, my asc was a dwarven valk (widely held as the easiest char to asc), and the guys at NAO were helping me through certain parts of the game. It was also when I was a college drop-out, unemployed, and spent so much time playing NH that every time I saw an email address, i freaked and starting trying to engrave Elbereth!! However, I am proud of my achievement, and would love to do it again. Unfortunately, the game REALLY annoyed me after my first asc, (i tried doing conducts and classes like tou straight away...way to add about 200 more losses to my NAO stats) and I haven't played the game in a few months. And seeing as I am now working, AND re-entering the world of education...well...I guess I'm just gonna have to see if there is time!

And unfortunately STILL not finished after HOW many years in dev?!?! I really REALLY want this game! I was never a WoW fan, but I know the day this game is released, my life is over forever! But they just don't seem to be releasing it.

Civilization 4: Beyond the Sword
Random maps, many civs to play as, moddable, and gameplay that can just suck you in for hours.

Probably Metal Gear Solid 4, the online is good enough and I could play through the game so many times without getting bored.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. I've played it for over two-hundred hours, and I've probably done less than a quarter of the missions. Also, it would most likely take me hundreds more hours to get all the equipment.
