I would play Oblivion. This game already has taken up way too much of my life, yet if there could be only one...Oblivion would be it, followed closely by Morrowind. In fact, if the choice were a series of games, it would be the Elder Scrolls series.

Harvest Moon: AWL
Had this game for my GC since 05 and I still havent figured out how to beat it because people keep erasing my saves.
But thats only if MMOs aren't in there just because they eventually shut down.
However if MMOs are in there I'll go with Darkfall because the world is huge and the game is exploration heavy as well as griefing being encouraged.

WoW if I can only play one game it might as well be one with a lot of content. At least if I could continue the get expansions for it. Or at least some kind of MMO

I know I sound old saying this but if I had to play a game forever it would probably be the original legend of Zelda first game I ever truly got into and loved and pulled me completely into the gaming world.

It helps that I still have the original disc and console to play it on to I keeps my games nice.
