Either Monster Hunter Freedom 2, or Monster Hunter Unite when it finally comes out in NA. Its more addictive then any MMO I've played, and it keeps track of how long you've been playing. I'm at around 240 hours for my main character, and 133 for my other character.

Sega Rally Revo

There's a reason why you still see Sega Rallys in the arcades more than ten years later and it's precisely because it's the only game that you can still keep playing for that long.

Modded Morrowind, for sure. And restricted access to the console so I wouldn't be compelled to cheat.
I'm not sure how vast people can make Oblivion modded, because I just have it on the 360.

WoW too, but since I roleplay and RP isn't always found in all hours of the day, I just go off and play something else.

Hearts of Iron II (with every mod seperated). This way, I can have Doomsday, Armageddon, Cold War, World War 2, World War 1, Kaiserreich (alternate history[Germany wins WWI]) and tons of others Including a Resistance based mod!

Possibilities are endless, literally.

I would say Dungeon Runners just because you don't need to play with others, 50,000 people aren't trying to grind on one monster (like WoW) and getting to the highest level is sort of fast yet accomplishing at the same time.

I would play Battlefield: Bad Company because its singleplayer is fun and its multiplayer is really addictive.
Same here, Game has amazing online. Most people don't like for some reason that I'm not too sure of.

EDIT: I add tetris to this.

That game has not been made yet, it would most likely be an open world cyberpunk game or mmo.

The only cyberpunk MMO is a german game with a handful of english players.

You just made the list of "people I consider too awesome for words".

That said, if I were to play one and only one game for the rest of my natural-born life I'd have to pick a game where repetitive gameplay wasn't to the game's detriment yet the game was still deep enough to hold my attention through dozens of playthroughs. The only game that's gonna do something like that for me is a sports title with a deep franchise mode. I'd have to put MVP Baseball 2005, Madden 2004, NCAA Football 2004, FIFA 06, ESPN NHL 2K5, and ESPN College Hoops 2K5 (all for PS2) into a hat and draw one out blind, then go with whatever sport I'd picked.

If it was free, definetly WoW, but most likely it would be good ol' Team Fortress 2
