This generation of consoles is pretty much set in stone already, so I'd just sit back and enjoy the profits.

For the next gen though I would give my hardware to both Sony and Microsoft and then focus on developing games and accesories for the two systems and making sure more of said games gets ported worldwide.

Continue as it is, probably.
With obvious exceptions, maybe steer away from reusing the same story for franchises, Buy Rare back and make them declare that Microsoft beat them viciously, try and dream up some new game ideas and make a house out of cocaine, hookers and gold.
And give the Wii a better processor. And make the Wiimote waving less mandatory in some games where it just doesn't fit.

I think that's all.

i would invent the next nintendo handheld, maybe go back to the name 'gameboy' as it was awesome! and make it a multitouch, sexy massive screen, pspgo slide design but more ds shaped(square), 720p HD OLED screen, 32gb multimedia gaming beast.
pretty much a samsung omnia hd + iphone + nintendo ds + psp go.

then id pwn all the world and dominate all areas of handheld entertainment
