I would kill my victims and leave their bloodied bodies head first in a banana cream pie, then write a single digit number on the wall with their own blood. As each kill progresses, the numbers would become realized as the sequence of numbers that make up pi, i.e. start with 3, then .1, then 4, and so on.
They would call me... the Pie/Pi-man, and the press would never be able to figure out which way to spell it in the headlines, completing my ultimate goal.

There's things I would do but they have already been done before. I have always thought what an original idea would be (and I wasn't thinking "When I finally go out and kill people...", more on the lines of thinking "If I were to write a novel, his calling card would be...") to turn their skin inside out. It's never been done before, as far as I know...and I would take my time and be really precise, I don't know why but I think that that would be pretty terrifying to find once, let alone to start finding it once a week and then equate it to one person.
i'd take extreme measures to ensure that the victim had no idea they were about to be killed. if i put a bomb under a bus there would be a big red button to defuse it if anyone saw it and if i broke into a house and were sneaking up on someone in a chair i would shoot them in the head with a silenced pistol as close as i colud get the gun without them noticing. if they found me i would slip them an amnesia pill and let them live.
I'd have to go with the "Press X to not die" thing, but with a twist! I'll leave a Playstation controller next to the victim, find myself a really good vantage point, then proceed to kill everyone who touched the body, but did not press X beforehand with a semi-automatic sniper rifle. I'd also pre-emptively have a Playstation controller next to me, and a piece of paper with "Press X to not die" on it too, in case I get taken down by the police with lethal firepower. I'd also make sure that I got some sort of escape plan after 15 minutes or so, and then I can repeat the process elsewhere. It would be brilliant(ly sickening)! xD

I'm just the personification of the players evil acts! I can't be held responsible since I'm a controllable character in a massive game or something!

Can goods next to the body. Just so people will say WTF, and one person will say "This was served cold."
Something random and subtle. Maybe turn all analogue clocks to 3:33 (cookie for reference) and pull out the battery.
