Brand "Blood for the Blood God" into the backs of my victims, then leave a pentagram written in the blood of my victim next to the body to throw off investigators, then leave a whole bunch of random clues (Think hannibal lecter Psychotic indicators (ie: broken glass, cut out eyes on pictures))...

I'd carve a word or a sentence into their torso, slit their throat, and pose them in a bathtub filled with water. The water would turn a beautiful shade of red and I would hopefully get a cool name. The police might even spend a day or two figuring out if the person died because of blood loss, or because they were submerged in water.

I think about this all the time for my horror stories.

or I take quotes from songs as cryptic messages as for what I'll do next.

On their foreheads with their own blood, I would draw the Yin-Yang symbol. On their palms, I would carve the Omega symbol. I would position their hands to be crossed and on level with their forehead.
