My powers would allow me to see the spirits of the deceased, so that I could communicate with them. I would also be able to allow those spirits to channel my body to give me the appearance they had when they were alive and their voice for a limited time. And if it was a dead superhero I'd channel, I'd get their powers too for a brief time. All of that would be a benefit for my superhero's day job, being a homicide detective so that I could use the spirits info to solve their murders or whatnot.
