If I was in a padded room, I would try to get out of padded room.
If I cannot get out of the padded room, I would wait to be let out of the padded room.
If I die of starvation, so be it. But I wouldn't be killing myself. Suicide ain't the way to go.

Hunger is a painful death. you waste away. Besides, you would dehydrate before you starve. and thats just as bad.

If it were me, I'd be labeled sane by a doctor, then ask one to help my commit suicide. quick, easy and thought out.

well if thats the case, raise your tendon to your mouth, bite througha nd cut it, and bleed out. after a certain point, you will lose consciousness

I'd wait until i went insane, and after i completely lose it one guy would find me curled up in a dark corner as i was singing to myself. He'd walk up to me to check on me and then i'd manage some Joker-esque escape. Hopefully without any interference from the Batman

I wouldn't. I'd slump back against the nice, squishy walls, and think to myself, 'oh finally.' And then slowly starve to death or something. If someone came and fed me I'd ask if I could have a stretch, apart from that I think being locked in a padded room for all of eternity doesn't sound too bad. Besides, what if they let me out? That wouldn't do me much good if I was dead.

This is kind of morbid for my tastes. I guess I would sharpen the buckles on the jacket and cut my way out, in order to make the people who put me there pay.
Even hypothetically, I refuse to just lay down and die.

And to answer your question, I wouldn't. I would trick the guard into opening the door by faking a seizure, then I'd headbutt his balls and run. After that, I'd need a little more info before formulating an attack plan. Fortunately, I already tattooed the blue prints of the ENTIRE building all over my body, disguised by an elaborate mural with religious overtones. Now all I need to do is find a bathroom. I then break a mirror, and use the shard to cut open the jacket. I then use the shard to view my tattoo and find the best route of escape. But first, I need to change into something more comfortable. I hide in one of the stalls and lock the door. When the guard I attacked attempts to open it, I kick the door open and knock him out. I steal his uniform and weapon, and calmly make my way out of the building, where my mob connection has a plane waiting to take me out of the country.

Dying of hunger may not be 'painful', in a sense, but you will get so desperately hungry that you'll try to eat your own body. In some ways, hunger is worse than pain.

Depends. Most likely, I wouldn't, and just sit there in my delusioned mind rambling to myself and eventually die of old age or being put down. I have no intentions of painfully killing myself. Ofcourse, if I am there, I am apprently crazy so who knows what I'd do.

Why would I want to kill myself in that situation? I would actually enjoy being in solitutde in a white padded small room in a straightjacket. For me it would mean absolute peace.

First, before anything, I'd run around bouncing off the walls for fun, then, when the doctor came in, I'd convince him of my sanity and leave. After I got home I would hang myself.

Just remember, as soon as your in medical trouble (such as dehydration or hunger) the doctors would just put you on inter-venous supplements so that would not work...and what if you broke your own neck and only got paralyzed?

As for me I would call down the power of the gods and blow myself up...I'm sure there is a god of blowing yourself up...St. Barbara is the patron saint of explosives and miners (artillery too) maybe she would help.

That's not possible. No human can suffocate themselves like that. Even if you had the will to do that (which I don't think is possible), you'd fall unconscious before you died, meaning you wouldn't be able to continue suffocating yourself.
