Total War
Plenty of games, a decent amount of variety and challenge. I do enjoy the mix of RTS and turn-based. It's successful enough to keep the installments coming.
Check out King Arthur: The Roleplaying Warame by Neocore Games.

They teamed with Paradox Games for a while (The brilliance of EUIII, Victoria, Hearts of Iron) and will be releasing a sequal soon.

It's like Total War in the Arthurian mythos. Same type of game play, but with heroes (Not as bad as Warcraft 3 heroes) and a fun setting. If you like TW, you should like this series.
Cheers mate, I'll keep my eyes out.

Football manager. It's the game I've got the most replay value out of, to the point where I had to stop playing it because it was effecting my work / life.

X-Com, I'd get Enemy Unknown, Terror from the Deep, Jagged Alliance, Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games, Jagged Alliance 2, Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business, Silent Storm, Silent Storm: Sentinels, that Ghost Recon game for the 3DS, and any future turn based strategy squad game. You can keep the First Person Shooter.

I'd miss Minecraft though.

Probably Dungeons and Dragons, it's basically endless :>
That, or Elder Scrolls!

Quality>Quantity

Elder Scrolls: My favorite games however a 5 year wait in between would be pretty fucking long.

Or

Quantity>Quality

Call Of Duty: They are popular for a reason and plus the games come out pretty quickly after each other id have plenty.

Ugh to hard to pick one but, I'd be happy with any of these:

Mass Effect
Elder Scrolls
Jedi Knight
Pokemon

If really pushed I'd probably go with Pokemon or Mass Effect.

True, but two points.

1. DLC and mods can add a lot of life to TES games over time.

2. TES/Fallout you can play as different character types and have a different game. CoD is the same shooter every time.

I guess it comes down to will I ever get tired of this play style? Plenty of new content but all the same.

The Final Fantasy series. It's my favourite video game series and there's still a lot of them I have yet to play.

Unfortunately i'm a console gamer..
But considering id only be able to play TES, i'm sure that would make me buy a gaming PC.

And the thing about play style, if you chose any game series you'd be stuck with one style.. it would just be better to be stuck with one style that changes slightly more often.
